This project seamlessly blends elegance and functionality, featuring wide-plank engineered European white oak floors that flow throughout the entire home, creating warmth and continuity. The heart of the home is a fully custom kitchen, designed with frameless painted cabinetry for a sleek, modern look and topped with stunning quartz countertops. A handcrafted Zellige tile backsplash adds texture and character, perfectly complementing the space.

A moody black wet bar offers the perfect spot to grab a quick drink before heading down to the lake, while a striking powder-coated gold hood band ties in beautifully with the kitchen’s fixtures, adding a refined touch. The kitchen is also equipped with a top-of-the-line commercial-sized gas range, complete with a griddle cooking area and double oven, ensuring both style and performance.

In the living area, a sleek, elongated gas fireplace provides the perfect place to gather and stay warm on a chilly day. Outside, the rear deck received a full transformation, now featuring large-format outdoor tile set on a floating pedestal system, combining durability with a clean, sophisticated aesthetic.
